Located in the heart of the West Village, Hudson Baking & Co. is my modern take on the golden age of New York delis. Using vernacular design I drew inspiration from the eclectic, typographic modge podge of these iconic establishments.

For this project, I designed packaging for classic Rye Bread, along with Bread Flour and Whole Grain Rye, giving customers the tools to bake their own bread after visiting the bakery. T-shirts and merchandise were inspired by “take-a-number” deli tags, adding to the nostalgia of the deli experience.
